Victoria Falls Safari Lodge
The Lodge is located on the boundary of the Zambezi National Park, some
5 minutes drive from The Falls. The design is a masterpiece of thatch
and wood with intricate split-levels and indigenous trees giving the
impression of a vast, open plan tree house. Each of the 72
air-conditioned, en-suite bedrooms, has its own balcony, and these,
together with the Bar, Restaurant, and Pool deck all overlook the
waterhole. The hotel is not ideally suited
for those who may have difficulty negotiating steps.
A complimentary shuttle service operates between the Hotel and the
centre of town.
The Boma – Place of eating
The Boma is not just another ethnic restaurant, it is a unique cultural
experience. The sights and sounds of the evening are accentuated by
Ndebele performers, who captivate with their vibrant and energetic song
and dance. For those interested in the future, a witchdoctor is on hand
to “throw the bones”
