Air Holidays (Pty) Ltd is a facilitator of travel arrangements and neither owns nor operates aircraft, transport or hotels.

All travel arrangements made on behalf of travellers are subject to the terms and conditions, and limits of liability imposed by those airlines, transport operators, hoteliers and other service providers whose services are utilised.

Air Holidays is a member of the Association of South African Travel Agents (ASATA).

Air Holidays is an outbound tour operator specialising in Southern Africa. We package trips to Zimbabwe, Zambia, Malawi, Mozambique, Botswana and Namibia.

We do have set packages but are also more than happy to tailor make packages within one country, or combine different destinations within the region. Our only constraints are flight schedules and your client’s budget.

We are a privately owned and operated company and are dedicated to the destinations that we sell. Being specialists in a region allows us to gain expert product knowledge and offer the best possible advice, product and service that we can. The company’s directors have been in business since 1974.

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of R500.00 per person is required when making a reservation.

Cancellation charges: Charges are levied in accordance with the scale of charges levied by ASATA and the Airline and Lodge utilised.

Booking conditions: All tours are sold subject to our standard terms and conditions of trading, copies of which are available freely on request.

Credit Card payments: All major credit cards are accepted, however, we regret that we are unable to process a card by telephone or fax. An original signature and imprint of the card is required on all transactions.
